Cleaning Evolis Zenius

Cleaning Evolis Zenius is a process whereby the Evolis Zenius printer has been printing up to 1000x card printing. This cleaning process is done to maintain the quality of prints from the printer Evolis Zenius remained bright and solid. It also can extend the life of the printer and durable in operation. Each card printer has 2 cleaning process for that, and dry cleaning printhead printer rollers.

Cleaning Roller Evolis Zenius

1. Attain the printer ON.
2. Open the printer cover.
3. Remove the ribbon and card in the printer.
4. Then close the back cover of the printer.
5. 2x Press the button on the printer.
6. Then insert the card cleaning roller to dry on the inside of the printer.
7. After the cleaning process is complete it will dry out the card automatically in a card.

Cleanning Printhead Evolis Zenius

1. Make sure the printer is turned OFF.
2. Open the cover on the printer.
3. Clean the printhead with a cleaning pen / dry swab.
4. Rub evenly and direction of the printhead Evolis Zenius.
5. Wait a few moments until the printhead is completely dry.
6. Then reinstall the ribbon and card in place and the printer is ready for use.
